If additional work becomes necessary, we will notify you first, provide an updated price, and wait for your approval before proceeding.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to supply accurate contact information, vehicle details, and preferred appointment times when booking service. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least twenty-four hours in advance so we can keep the shop running smoothly for all customers.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at vehicle pickup unless we have agreed to alternative terms in writing. We accept cash, major debit & credit cards, cashier’s checks, EFS checks, and Zelle payments.
5. Limited Liability
Gold Standard Truck Center is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing mechanical issues, customer-supplied parts, or neglect of recommended maintenance. In no event shall we be liable for indirect costs such as lost revenue, missed deliveries, or rental fees.
6. Intellectual Property
